the best quality copy work to our clients but we
ask you to remember that film doesn't always respond
to color the same way that the human eye does.
The physical limitations of film, along with the
chemical composition of some artist inks, dyes
and papers prevent the film from reproducing some
colors exactly as seen in the original art. If

Copyright and Submission
Policies
Copyright Laws: Borge Andersen Photo • Digital strictly adheres
to all copyrighted laws and policies regarding legal
principles associated with the creation, marketing
and reproduction of copyrighted materials as outlined
in 17 U S C 201(a) - 405(a). We will not reproduce
any images marked as copyrighted without the written
consent of the copyright owner. The consent must be
signed by both the owner and customer.
Acceptance
of Originals: We can not be responsible for damages to paintings
brought in wet. We are not responsible for originals
left beyond the work due date. We exercise care in
handling but DO NOT have the facilities to maintain
art in storage.
While
we take great care to insure the quality and safety
of original items submitted to our firm for photographic,
digital, copy, or finishing services, you should
be aware that the processes include in some processes
inherent certain risks. Before you submit an original
item, you should be aware that submitting any original
artwork or etcetera constitutes an AGREEMENT by you
that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiary
or agents even though due to accident, inherent risk
of processes, negligence or other fault of our company,
subsidiary or agents will only entitle you to replacement
with a like amount of printing, mounting and lamination
or handling.
DEFRAMING
FEE: $11.00
We
will not be responsible for damage to originals and/or
the framing materials should we be asked to remove
the frame for copying purposes.
35mm Copy Work (35mm
work will only be processed every Tuesday.)
Unless specified, the background color will be black. On request, client
can receive bracketed exposure for each piece of art photographed. There
is an additional "duplicate" charge for these slides.

Scans and Digital Giclée Scans This option
