Limit of Liability:
Submitting any film, print, slide, negative, or disc to this firm for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiary or agents even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary or agents will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement the acceptance of the film, print, slide, negative or disc is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

Returns: for replacement consideration of an order, it must be accompanied by a receipt and be returned within 10 days of purchase.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for items left over 45 days.
It is agreed that title to said property shall be and remain with seller until fully paid. Seller may sell or destroy said property after 90 days or proceed to suit for any deficiency. Buyer and co-signers agree that if seller proceeds to enforce its rights hereunder that they will pay all costs and attorneys fees.

Acceptance of Originals:
Borge Andersen Photo • Digital will not be responsible for paintings brought in wet. Damage to both your original and our equipment is a possibility that we prefer to avoid. Kindly prepare for drying time before bringing in your order.

Framed art poses problems with copy work. We prefer to have your originals removed from their frames for quality work. We will not be responsible for any damage to originals and/or the framing materials should we be expected to remove the frame for copying purposes. Additionally, we charge a $10.00 dollar deframing fee.

Accounting Questions:
Credit accounts are opened when business exceeds $50.00 per month. Accounts close when work processed drops below the $50.00 minimum per month.

Order Change Policy:
Order changes may be subject to a $5.00 charge. Same day changes, unless order is a rush, will not be subject to this fee. When rescheduling changed orders, we reserve the right to adjust the due date.

Copyright Laws:
Borge Andersen Photo • Digital strictly adheres to all copyrighted laws and policies regarding legal principles associated with the creation, marketing and reproduction of copyrighted materials as outlined in 17 U S C 201(a) - 405(a). We will not reproduce any images marked as copyrighted without the written consent of the copyright owner. The consent must be signed by both the owner and customer.

Mailing Questions:
We offer US Mail and Federal Express as our main carriers. Please contact us with your prefered mail carrier or time-frame concerns. Minimum charge for shipping and handling is $8.00. We do not ship international packages.

Mounting and Lamination Policy:
For your protection, it is our policy to not mount or laminate prints that are not printed in-house. Should you request that we mount or laminate your originals, please be aware that if we do so, it is without any guarantee or liablity on our part should your originals be damaged.

Payment Policy / Invoicing Questions:
Conditions of Sale
All orders require C.O.D. payment until a credit account has been approved and established. Accounts are opened when business exceeds $50.00 per month. Accounts close when work processed drops below the $50.00 minimum per month. Account balances are due and payable by the 10th of the month following the closing date. A service charge of 1.5% per month is levied on overdue balances. All prices subject to change without notice. Not responsible for orders left over 45 days.

All major credit cards are accepted. We will be happy to keep your credit card number on file at your request.

Rush Policy:
Reluctantly, we find it necessary to place a premium cost on RUSH WORK because of the effect it has on our quality and service. There will be a 50% to 100% OR MORE additional charge on all requested work done in less than the normal work schedule. Rush pricing will be quoted.
