With
the Noritsu QSS-2901 Digital Lab System, Borge Andersen Photo
• Digital now offers fast and affordable high quality
prints from both
digital
and conventional
photographic mediums.
Able to scan 35mm and 120mm negatives
and positives, our digital mini-printer
utilizes advanced fiber optic technology to provide digital
prints (or "dPrints") on
traditional
photographic materials.
It supports most flash
cards, smart cards and memory cards; Kodak Picture discs,
Picture CDs and Photo
CDs as well as many other CDs
supported by the Windows NT operating system.
We accept PC
or MAC files on CD, Zip, Jazz, or floppy disks or can
scan from print originals up to a maximum size of 11x17 inches.
Print sizes range from wallets to 12x18
inches on either Kodak glossy or matte paper.
We also offer a beautiful metallic paper
that provides a high
gloss
finish to your prints, however, at this time the
metallic paper is only available in print sizes 8x10 through
12x18. All small sized prints are priced as 8x10s.
Full frame traditional crop is not possible,
but a 4x6, 5x7.5, or 8x12 print will give a close to
full frame print. Size of border can be selected in 1/8"
increments
with the maximum border size at 1.25".
Film that has been processed and printed
through the dPrinter will receive an index print or, if requested
an enlarged proof sheet. Proof sheets from transparencies
are also available from the dPrinter.
Econo CDs are available for both pre-processed
and post-processed film with the file sizes being 1024x1536
pixel dimension equaling a 4.3 MB file. Files output to a
maximum recommended photo quality of 5x7 print.
We download our dPrinter scans, as well
as images from digital camera cards, to our Econo CD.
The Econo CD is a write-it-once
disc. No disc substitutions.

dPrint Photogreetings
Your pictures make the best greetings for any occasion.
We offer several greeting card designs with or without a
three line caption. We can
add up to 30 characters per line. White envelopes
are available
with our 4x8 inch Photogreeting cards.
Your originals may be negatives,
slides, digital images from your digital cameras or even
your original digital art provided on CD. Be sure to set
flies up at 400dpi in RGB mode and save in either TIFF or
JPG file formats at final output size. A test print will
be offered, so be sure you allow for any additional time
needed during this proofing and approval process.
